About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive customer success, adoption, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of strategic Insurance customers.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to help them unlock value through the Decision Intelligence platform.
- Define long-term technology strategies and visions for strategic accounts to ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
- Advise customers on enterprise architecture, deployment approaches, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project scoping and value realization.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior customer stakeholders, owning executive relationships and governance.
- Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a Customer Success role or a similar consulting services position.
- Proven skills in enterprise software sales and implementation/delivery.
- Demonstrated industry expertise within the insurance or banking sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.
- Willingness and ability to obtain government clearances and checks if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical depth in data management, financial crime, fraud detection, or customer intelligence.
- Familiarity with data analytics, entity resolution, or intelligence-led analytics platforms.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premise deployment models relevant to tier-1 financial institutions.
