Technologist, Product Development Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead product development, characterization, and qualification for advanced memory and storage technologies
• Define and execute validation strategies aligned with quality and reliability objectives
• Serve as a technical authority for complex electrical and system-level issues
• Lead deep-dive failure analysis and root-cause investigations across silicon and firmware
• Architect and optimize test flows and coverage strategies using ATE
• Leverage large-scale manufacturing data using Python, C, or C++ to improve yield
• Apply AI/ML techniques for test optimization and anomaly detection
• Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of semiconductor product development or test engineering experience
• Deep expertise in NAND, DRAM, or SSD technologies
• Proficiency with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as Advantest or Teradyne
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, and/or C++
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to engineering data
• Experience with Design for Test (DFT) methodologies
• Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D NAND or advanced DRAM generations
• Understanding of high-speed interfaces like JEDEC, ONFI, or Toggle
• Experience with yield ramping and test cost optimization in high-volume manufacturing
• Familiarity with advanced AI/ML techniques like anomaly detection or clustering
• Knowledge of firmware architecture and error correction mechanisms (ECC)
