Technologist

Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise, and improve production technologies for aircraft engine parts, including implementing design and editorial changes
• Lead quality-technological projects to reduce non-conformities
• Analyze and optimize product costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
• Evaluate and analyze non-conformities occurring within the production process
• Train operators and increase their awareness regarding manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Knowledge of machining processes
• Proficiency in technical drawing
• Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Catia)
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with international clients
• Readiness to work in a 1-shift system with occasional shifts on the 2nd shift every few weeks

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of aircraft engine construction
• Experience with nickel alloy machining
• Knowledge of ESA and MRL processes
