Technologist Engineer, ASIC Development Engineering (SOC Verification Lead, PCIe Experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, architecting, and execution of verification strategies for complex hardware in System-on-Chip (SoC) ASICs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of subsystems or SoC verification flows, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop and run UVM/SystemVerilog-based verification environments and robust test benches.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and test plan assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and firmware teams to ensure end-to-end verification coverage.
• Debug complex issues across digital logic, firmware, timing, and DFT domains.
• Automate regression setup, execution, and result analysis using scripting languages.
• Support low-power verification using UPF and ensure power intent validation.

Requirements

• BE or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 13+ years of professional experience in ASIC/SoC verification.
• Deep understanding of C, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
• Proven history of building and improving SV/UVM-based verification methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of bus protocols such as AXI, AHB, and APB.
• Experience with various interfaces including PCIe, LPDDR, I2C, I3C, or SPI.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, TCL, or Bash.
• Experience with gate-level simulations, including SDF annotation.
