Technologies & Experimentation Integrator

Responsibilities

• Act as a critical bridge between Program Managers and Combatant Command stakeholders to integrate emerging technologies into exercises and war plans.
• Identify operational challenges and facilitate the rapid adoption of innovative capabilities by military end users.
• Manage a portfolio of company programs, including coordinating transition activities and tracking financial and programmatic milestones.
• Support technology demonstrations and cultivate stakeholder relationships across the Department of Defense.
• Communicate program status through executive-level briefings and presentations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, etc.) or a national security-related discipline.
• Minimum of 20 years of Department of Defense experience.
• Experience serving as a senior military officer (O-6/Captain or equivalent) or senior civilian (GS-15/SES).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Proven experience as an operational warfighter (e.g., pilot, special warfare, or infantry officer).
• Demonstrated experience transitioning technology into operational environments and understanding Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs).
• Experience serving as a direct advisor to General/Flag Officers or Senior Executive Service personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Experience supporting research and development (R&D) organizations or low-TRL programs.
• Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) at the Combatant Command or Joint Staff level.
• Experience integrating R&D programs into Combatant Command exercises and operational events.
• Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP).
