About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents
- Configure modules including Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse, and Manufacturing
- Lead CRPs, UAT, and client training sessions
- Develop and customize solutions using AL language
- Create extensions, reports, and integrations within Business Central
- Manage data migration and API integrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
- Strong knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
- Proficiency in AL development
- Experience with report customization (RDLC/Word layouts)
- Expertise in Web services, APIs, and data migration
- Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing business processes
- Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Prior exposure to multi-country implementations
- Microsoft certifications in Business Central
