Techno Functional Consultant, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense management.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, KPI tracking, and performance trend insights.
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Build automated workflows and data pipelines using SQL, Alteryx, and Excel VBA/Macros.
• Lead reporting transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and data governance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Business, and Technology teams to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 10-14 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Analytics, or Reporting roles.
• Expertise in Power BI (DAX), Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and Macros.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience handling large datasets.
• Bachelor's or MBA in Finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification in Finance or Analytics.
• Experience in financial services or global shared services environments.
• Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, or Oracle systems.
• Exposure to Python or advanced automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and finance transformation initiatives.
