Techno-Functional Business Analyst (Low Code)

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and technical analysis for digital products and platforms
• Translate business and policy requirements into functional and technical artefacts including user stories and data models
• Analyze complex business and system problems using process mapping and data analysis
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams in agile development environments
• Support solution design in cloud-hosted environments including security and scalability considerations
• Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation strategies
• Support production monitoring and drive continuous improvements post go-live

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis for enterprise-scale systems
• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst working with engineering and cloud teams
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, APIs, integrations)
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery teams
• Experience performing gap analysis and impact assessment
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or Whole-of-Government platforms (Singpass/Corppass) is an advantage
