Technico Commercial

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial activities for the Pamiers and Arignac plants
• Prospect potential clients and identify their specific market needs
• Maintain and develop the existing customer portfolio
• Implement and follow the commercial and pricing strategy for the sector
• Apply and enforce company health, safety, and security policies
• Collaborate closely with plant managers and quality services regarding planning, stock, and dispute management
• Optimize transport policies and travel routes based on workload

Requirements

• Minimum Bac + 2 (BTS / DUT) degree
• At least 5 years of experience in construction materials sales or a similar sector
• Mastery of sales techniques and commercial measurement tools
• Strong knowledge of construction basics and product ranges
• Ability to work in a team and mobilize necessary resources
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills
