Technico Commercial

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial activities for the Mauzac and Martres plant under the supervision of the center manager.
• Prospect potential clients, identify their needs, and manage the existing customer portfolio to ensure loyalty.
• Master sales techniques and implement the commercial and pricing strategy for the assigned sector.
• Apply and enforce company policies regarding health, safety, and security.
• Collaborate closely with the plant manager and quality department to manage planning, stocks, and disputes.
• Optimize transport policies and travel schedules based on workload and site requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac + 2 (BTS / DUT) degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction materials sales or a similar industry.
• Proven mastery of sales techniques and commercial measurement tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction basics and product ranges.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and convince.
