About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial activities for the Mauzac and Martres plant under the supervision of the center manager.
- Prospect potential clients, identify their needs, and manage the existing customer portfolio to ensure loyalty.
- Master sales techniques and implement the commercial and pricing strategy for the assigned sector.
- Apply and enforce company policies regarding health, safety, and security.
- Collaborate closely with the plant manager and quality department to manage planning, stocks, and disputes.
- Optimize transport policies and travel schedules based on workload and site requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 (BTS / DUT) degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction materials sales or a similar industry.
- Proven mastery of sales techniques and commercial measurement tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction basics and product ranges.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and convince.
