About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients to achieve agency results
- Conduct prospecting activities and provide technical and financial advice on aggregate products
- Manage client debt recovery and supervise monthly billing
- Coordinate pricing actions, including price updates and coordination with sales and administrative services
- Monitor large construction projects from initial offer review through to price negotiation
- Provide field intelligence and market analysis via CRM (SFDC) to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure optimal service levels and product availability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BTP (construction) commerce
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and quarry industries
- Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory
- Field-oriented mindset with a strong sense of results and challenge
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
