Technico commercial itinérant

Responsibilities

• Develop the Hitachi brand by managing relationships with installers and maintenance providers within the 91/94 departments.
• Implement national commercial policies regarding products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
• Define target companies and execute annual action plans within the CRM to ensure effective commercial approaches.
• Analyze sector activity to prioritize commercial actions and provide sales forecasts.
• Prepare comprehensive Hitachi air conditioning system offers (direct expansion or chilled water) to optimize client comfort and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor the progress of each project from prescription to installation, coordinating with sales and technical teams to increase transformation rates.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +2 (BTS/DUT) in thermal engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in HVAC sales, prescription, or services within the climate engineering sector.
• Proven proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools.
• Operational English skills.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and business management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
