Technico-Commercial Comptoir

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell spare parts and components to customers and distributors
• Welcome customers at the counter, manage orders, and handle payments
• Analyze customer needs to develop tailored technical and commercial offers
• Follow up on offers, conduct negotiations, and close sales
• Ensure compliance with commercial and financial conditions in coordination with the Credit Department
• Present new products and services to the customer base
• Maintain proactive customer relationships to identify new business opportunities and measure satisfaction
• Participate in achieving commercial objectives regarding volume, margin, and loyalty

Requirements

• Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in mechanics, electromechanics, or an equivalent technical field
• Experience in a technical or commercial environment (ideally industrial spare parts)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack and ERP systems
• Fluency in both French and English
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is considered a strong asset
