About the Company

Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is an installer of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the building sector. With 17 agencies in France and 550 employees, AAI is a leader in fire protection, handling design, prefabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing clients and prospect new customers within the assigned territory
• Estimate maintenance and after-sales service contracts for fire protection systems (sprinklers, RIA, dry risers)
• Prepare quotes based on specifications and industry standards
• Negotiate quote terms with clients and follow up on pending quotes
• Consult with suppliers and analyze tender documents to select appropriate quality quotes
• Verify client orders against proposed quotes
• Establish zone layouts and determine risk classifications
• Perform on-site surveys and manage construction site monitoring

Requirements

• Previous experience in the building sector
• Technical background in fire protection, sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, or piping
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
