About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote the activities, products, and brands of the EPI within the Genevan industrial market.
  • Drive commercial and technical growth for socioprofessional workshops, focusing on sectors such as mechanics, locksmithing, carpentry, and microtechnology.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client follow-up, technical consulting, and negotiating commercial offers.
  • Develop an existing client portfolio while acquiring new strategic accounts.
  • Identify market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and product evolution.
  • Conduct market monitoring and prepare visit reports for clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • CFC in a technical or industrial field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within an industrial environment.
  • Proven experience within the Geneva or Romandie region and a strong knowledge of the local economic fabric (e.g., watchmaking, medtech, mechanics).
  • Ability to read technical plans, diagrams, and documentation.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in the social mission of integrating people with disabilities or those facing professional difficulties.
