Technicien Test Production et SAV

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of hardened embedded computers at the end of production
• Test and configure electronic boards received from subcontractors and suppliers
• Participate in the development and improvement of testing procedures
• Diagnose anomalies in production and after-sales service (SAV), proposing repair solutions with the R&D department
• Provide technical support to customers for after-sales returns
• Update technical documentation and write test reports for each machine
• Ensure traceability of operations and compliance with quality procedures
• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to resolve non-conformities

Requirements

• Bac +2/3 degree in electronics and computer science
• Proven experience in a similar testing and technical support role, ideally in constrained environments
• Strong understanding of electronic systems and embedded architectures
• Proficiency with testing tools and qualification procedures
• Technical English for reading documentation
• Ability to undergo national defense secret clearance procedures
