Technicien Support SAV

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of equipment both on-site and in the workshop
• Conduct troubleshooting at client sites and perform equipment commissioning
• Provide telephone support to help clients resolve incidents remotely
• Write intervention reports and update technical documentation
• Manage spare parts and propose preventive improvements
• Collaborate with sales, production, and quality teams to report anomalies
• Adhere to and enforce safety and hygiene rules

Requirements

• Technical training (BAC pro, BTS maintenance, electrotechnics, or equivalent)
• Experience in maintenance, after-sales service, or technical support
• Proficiency in electricity, mechanics, and electromechanics
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) for client interventions
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work occasional on-call shifts
