Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized technical support for Apple equipment (Mac, iPhone, etc.)
  • Ensure equipment functionality through regular checks and rapid problem resolution
  • Offer exceptional customer service by guiding users through equipment usage
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary
  • Provide basic training on equipment and software to improve user autonomy
  • Manage requests and priorities effectively
  • Maintain detailed reports on interventions and proposed service improvements

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a proximity support technician (apprenticeships included)
  • Solid knowledge of Apple support (Mac, iPhone, etc.)
  • Conversational English level (minimum B2/C1)
  • Autonomous, organized, and strong listening skills
  • Strong sense of customer service
