Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents
- Support workstations, mobile devices, and collaborative equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs
- Manage mobile equipment including smartphones and tablets
- Assist users with IT tools and software
- Participate in IT asset management
- Maintain meeting rooms and videoconferencing tools
- Document procedures and contribute to the knowledge base
- Escalate complex incidents to appropriate teams
- Apply networking knowledge to resolve issues
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of significant experience as a Proximity Support Technician or similar role
- Strong sense of service and user satisfaction
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
- Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
