About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized technical support to clients by understanding and responding to specific needs
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment through regular checks and rapid problem resolution
- Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions and guiding equipment use
- Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary
- Deliver basic training on equipment and software to improve user autonomy
- Manage requests and priorities effectively
- Maintain detailed reports on interventions and proposed service improvements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a proximity support technician (apprenticeships included)
- Autonomous and organized with strong listening skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Conversational English level (minimum B2/C1)
