About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and incident resolution for users
- Support users with office tools, Microsoft Office 365, and business applications
- Manage support tickets, including qualification, processing, and follow-up
- Install, configure, and deploy workstations and IT equipment
- Manage hardware inventory and perform back-office tasks like masterization and stock management
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing necessary equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong sense of service and user contact skills
- Organized, reactive, and solution-oriented mindset
