About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize on-site technical interventions
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and hardware/software configuration
  • Prepare and install workstations and software following strict instructions
  • Provide technical support and advice to users based on their skill level
  • Document all interventions in the incident management tool
  • Manage equipment, spare parts, and inventory stock
  • Ensure follow-up on user requests and respect deadlines

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in IT
  • At least 2 years of experience as a proximity support technician
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows environments
  • Experience with ticket management systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and pedagogical skills
