About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize on-site technical interventions
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and hardware/software configuration
- Prepare and install workstations and software following strict instructions
- Provide technical support and advice to users based on their skill level
- Document all interventions in the incident management tool
- Manage equipment, spare parts, and inventory stock
- Ensure follow-up on user requests and respect deadlines
Requirements
- Higher education degree in IT
- At least 2 years of experience as a proximity support technician
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows environments
- Experience with ticket management systems
- Strong communication, organization, and pedagogical skills
