About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide reactive and empathetic on-site user assistance
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, and peripheral incidents (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Prepare, install, and configure workstations and equipment
- Manage the equipment lifecycle including reception, maintenance, and recycling
- Manage mobile fleet including inventory and user support
- Track tickets within ITSM tools and update technical documentation
- Participate in IT projects related to collaborative tools like Office 365
Requirements
- Good knowledge of IT environments (hardware, software, networks)
- Proficiency with Office 365 and collaborative tools
- Experience using ITSM tools
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Strong sense of service and user satisfaction
- Rigorous, organized, and proactive attitude
