About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide reactive and empathetic on-site user assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, and peripheral incidents (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Prepare, install, and configure workstations and equipment
  • Manage the equipment lifecycle including reception, maintenance, and recycling
  • Manage mobile fleet including inventory and user support
  • Track tickets within ITSM tools and update technical documentation
  • Participate in IT projects related to collaborative tools like Office 365

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of IT environments (hardware, software, networks)
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and collaborative tools
  • Experience using ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Strong sense of service and user satisfaction
  • Rigorous, organized, and proactive attitude
