Technicien Supérieur Télécontrôle

Responsibilities

• Supervise and remotely manage water service facilities and regional infrastructure within the VISIO Agency.
• Perform first-level analysis of plant alarms and manage both high-urgency and low-urgency alerts.
• Inform operators and trigger necessary interventions or on-call services as required.
• Execute control-command actions according to defined operational instructions.
• Monitor installations to optimize performance and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Manage customer emergency calls during off-hours for the Call Center and PAD.
• Coordinate with plant scheduling teams to report overnight events and plan upcoming operations.
• Maintain detailed alarm and on-call reports and escalate technical malfunctions.

Requirements

• Bac +2/+3 degree in a relevant technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the water industry (networks, treatment, etc.) or in a supervision/remote monitoring role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new software and digital monitoring tools quickly.
• Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Strong autonomy and the ability to manage priorities in urgent situations.
