Technicien SAV secteur I (région Centre Normandie)

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and curative repairs for Alcon's surgical, laser, and diagnostic ophthalmic equipment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery within the assigned territory (Centre Normandie and surrounding departments).
• Execute maintenance plans to maximize instrument reliability and minimize downtime.
• Promote maintenance contracts in collaboration with the Sales Force and Clinical Support teams.
• Manage dedicated spare parts stock and maintain an updated customer installed base.
• Contribute to product safety by reporting any adverse effects or customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bac+2 minimum in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical technical service experience with medical equipment.
• Proficiency with Windows (7/8/10) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, Routing, NAT/PAT, VPN, etc.).
• Technical proficiency in English.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg.
• High level of manual dexterity and visual acuity for handling delicate tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in ophthalmology or optometry.
• Clinical or patient-facing experience.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting biometric and diagnostic tools.
