About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and technical issues on professional kitchen equipment
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and component replacements
- Advise and support clients in the use and maintenance of their equipment
- Draft technical documents including reception reports and commissioning reports
- Work autonomously on-site with regular travel within the commercial sector
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Customer Experience Department
Requirements
- Experience in refrigeration or electrotechnics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong organizational and rigorous work methods
- Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
