Technicien Rétrofiteur Ferroviaire (F/H)

Responsibilities

• Apply technical modifications to rolling stock (trams, TGV) on client sites or in depots following established procedures.
• Collect and analyze technical information and procedures prior to site interventions.
• Ensure all necessary tools, parts, and documentation are available and in good working order before starting work.
• Detect and analyze anomalies during installations and report them formally through first-assembly reviews.
• Complete CMMS (GMAO) databases with relevant technical information.
• Perform self-checks and ensure the final quality of interventions, including the recording of completion reports.
• Adhere strictly to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules and prevention plans.
• Support and potentially lead functional teams of technicians if required by the workload.

Requirements

• Technical training in mechanics, electricity, electrotechnics, or pneumatics.
• Several years of experience in an industrial technician role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, principle schemes, and plans.
• Proficiency with IT tools for reporting and data entry.
• Fluency in French; English skills are a plus for export projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
• High level of rigor, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and depots across France.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the railway sector or with rolling stock (e.g., TGV M, Citadis).
