Technicien Réparation PACIS (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Perform complete testing of electronic control units arriving for repair, including pre- and post-component replacement tests.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and expertise to identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain first-level maintenance for testing tools and equipment.
• Manage production tasks including time tracking, quality database entries, and updating performance indicators.
• Ensure equipment finishing and quality control before handover to Quality Assurance.
• Collaborate with the team to meet delivery, productivity, quality, and safety objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with EHS and ESD standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electronics Technician.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and electronic component repair.
• Proficiency with SAP (ERP) and office software (Word, Excel).
• Thorough understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of production management methods such as KANBAN, Just-in-Time, or FIFO.
• Ability to diagnose complex faults and communicate effectively with support functions.
