As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Accompany and advise a team of technicians working in level 1 technical environments
- Manage networks and monitoring perimeters
- Organize team interventions based on technical diagnostics
- Manage team organization including scheduling and coordination
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to establish clear diagnostics
- Rigorous, reactive, and good listening skills
- Solid mastery of network environments (VLAN, LAN, MAN, WAN)
- Knowledge of monitoring and supervision tools (Grafana, OpCon, etc.)
- Bac +2 level training (e.g., TSSR, BTS CIEL)
