Technicien Qualité Produit Physique (HW/FW)

Responsibilities

• Implement upstream practices to improve product quality delivery
• Perform manual testing for the qualification of new cameras and product variants
• Execute various validation tests including energy consumption, photo/video quality, mechanical testing, water ingress, and overall stability
• Participate in the validation of new firmware versions
• Document test results and detected anomalies clearly
• Support Digital QA and Production QA activities, including application testing and customer feedback analysis

Requirements

• DEC in electronics, embedded systems technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of significant experience in QA for physical, electronic, or embedded products
• Strong understanding of interactions between hardware, firmware, and product behavior
• Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and excellent judgment

• Experience with connected products, IoT, cameras, or cellular devices
