Technicien Qualité

Responsibilities

• Ensure the compliance of finished products and components with established quality standards.
• Verify the global capacity of production and control processes.
• Maintain product standards to meet customer expectations regarding aesthetics, ergonomics, and integrity.
• Update quality standards, including control ranges and defect catalogs, based on validated improvements.
• Provide daily technical support to production teams regarding operational quality.
• Train production staff on quality methods such as self-control and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Compile and analyze non-quality data (scraps, exchanges, customer complaints) and manage reporting.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.
• Coordinate quality assurance procedures, including sampling rules and collection frequencies.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste within the production unit.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality role within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ELLISTAT is considered an asset.
