Technicien préleveur

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and phlebotomy procedures in the laboratory following established protocols
• Welcome patients, explain procedures, and answer their questions
• Register and track patient files administratively
• Process samples by centrifuging, decanting, and packaging them for technical analysis
• Manage consumable stock, including ordering and receiving supplies
• Participate in home collection rounds as required
• Maintain and prepare collection rooms in clean, operational condition
• Inform patients about result turnaround times
• Contribute to the laboratory's continuous quality improvement efforts

Requirements

• Diploma as a Medical Laboratory Technician listed under the arrêté du 21/10/1992
• Certificat de Capacité à Effectuer des Prélèvements Sanguins (CCEPS)
• Valid RPPS number
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with precision and autonomy
• Patient service mindset and respect for procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical analysis laboratory
• Knowledge of laboratory management software, ideally HEXALIS
