Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and sample collections in the laboratory following established protocols
• Welcome patients, explain procedures, and answer questions with a caring approach
• Register and track patient files and administrative records
• Process samples by centrifuging, decanting, and packaging for technical analysis
• Contribute to the laboratory quality system and continuous improvement efforts
• Manage consumables inventory including ordering, receiving, and verification
• Conduct home visit collections when required
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized blood draw rooms
• Inform patients about result turnaround times

Requirements

• Diploma as a Medical Laboratory Technician listed in the decree of 21/10/1992
• Blood Sampling Competency Certificate (CCEPS)
• Mandatory RPPS registration number
• Rigorous and well-organized work style
• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with precision and autonomy
• Strong patient service orientation and adherence to procedures
