Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and ventilation work to ensure a safe environment
- Respect the priority order of maintenance activities provided by management
- Inform hierarchy regarding spare parts inventory levels
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity
- Monitor daily energy consumption of the establishment
Requirements
- Up-to-date technical certifications/habilitations
- Experience in electricity (strong and low current)
- BEP / Bac Pro in electrotechnics or electromechanics
- Experience in the hospitality industry
