Responsibilities
- Create and maintain control programs for new products
- Optimize control programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies
- Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or control equipment
- Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs
- Ensure operators are properly trained in the use of metrology equipment
- Guarantee the capability of control means
- Define optimal control sequences regarding capability, accuracy, and inspection time in collaboration with project teams
Requirements
- HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnique or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in metrology
- Recognized skills in 3D machine control
- Proficiency with METROLOG programming software
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomous, rigorous, and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
