Technicien Métrologue

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain control programs for new products
• Optimize control programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies
• Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or control equipment
• Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs
• Ensure operators are properly trained in the use of metrology equipment
• Guarantee the capability of control means
• Define optimal control sequences regarding capability, accuracy, and inspection time in collaboration with project teams

Requirements

• HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnique or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in metrology
• Recognized skills in 3D machine control
• Proficiency with METROLOG programming software
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Autonomous, rigorous, and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
