Technicien Méthodes Maintenance (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Analyze long-term and recurring breakdowns in collaboration with maintenance, production, and quality teams
• Anticipate spare parts obsolescence for priority machinery
• Manage spare parts and write preventive maintenance procedures for new equipment investments
• Optimize maintenance processes and maintain up-to-date machine documentation
• Ensure the smooth execution of preventive maintenance, including parts ordering and audit participation
• Develop and monitor maintenance performance indicators
• Oversee the effective use of CMMS (GMAO) software and provide technical support to teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop and service area

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in maintenance
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
• Proficiency with CNC machine tools
• Strong experience using CMMS (GMAO) software
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team
