Technicien Méthodes

Responsibilities

• Optimize production tools and analyze machine cadences to identify productivity gains
• Analyze malfunctions using the OEE (TRS) production tracking system
• Manage industrial improvement projects, coordinating with external providers when necessary
• Create adjustment sheets and provide assistance to machine operators
• Write operational procedures and technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the maintenance department
• Conduct workstation studies and apply ergonomic principles

Requirements

• Bac + 2 degree in industrial automation, mechanics, or related technical fields
• Proficiency in CAD (DAO) software
• Knowledge of ergonomics and workstation design
• Experience with production analysis and OEE (TRS) metrics
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of pneumatics and electricity is a significant plus
