Technicien Méthodes et Fiabilité Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Define and implement equipment maintenance strategies to improve reliability using methods such as AMDEC and RCA
• Propose technical improvements for process equipment including rotating machines, valves, and heat exchangers
• Lead multidisciplinary problem-solving groups to address complex equipment failures
• Manage investment and improvement projects, including the supervision of works and external service providers
• Maintain and update the CMMS database (SAP)
• Analyze data and feedback to consolidate the plant's obsolescence and reliability plans
• Manage spare parts inventory and update technical documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement processes of the maintenance department
• Ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental regulations on a Seveso High Threshold site

Requirements

• BTS in Industrial Maintenance or an equivalent degree
• Solid experience in maintenance methods management within an industrial site, ideally in chemical or process industries
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Familiarity with pressure equipment, PID diagrams, and ATEX zones
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar CMMS software
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under an on-call (astreinte) regime

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of vibration analysis
