About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain control programs for new products within surface treatment and coloring environments
- Define optimal control ranges regarding capability, accuracy, and inspection time in collaboration with project teams
- Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or control equipment
- Support workshops during initial inspections to validate programs
- Ensure operators are properly trained in the use of control methods and equipment
- Guarantee the capability and reliability of all control means
Requirements
- HES Engineer degree or ES Technician degree in microtechnique or an equivalent field
- Proven expertise in color control, surface state, bath quality, and brightness
- Strong experience in dimensional metrology
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomous, rigorous, and analytical mindset with a strong interest in field operations
- Knowledge of METROLOG programming software is considered a significant asset
