Technicien Méthodes Céramique

Responsibilities

• Pilot trials related to new products, investments, and continuous improvement
• Build documentation, participate in dossier definition, and represent the sector for new products
• Ensure the robustness and sustainability of manufacturing files during series production
• Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects for products and processes
• Lead and/or participate in technical or quality problem-solving groups

Requirements

• Technicien ES or equivalent in a technical field (mechanic, polymechanic, watchmaker, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality tools for problem-solving
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rectification and finishing (terminaison)
• Project management skills
