Technicien Mécanique Moule

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical functionality of production tooling, including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of injection molds.
• Perform mold preparation and version changes based on production planning and injection workshop requests.
• Diagnose and repair technical failures on tooling using technical plans and professional experience while adhering to safety rules.
• Execute necessary machining tasks to restore tooling to operational condition.
• Propose improvements for tooling, machinery, and equipment to enhance productivity and quality.
• Document all interventions and maintenance activities according to established procedures.
• Support other technicians with technical expertise and machining of parts.
• Participate in achieving OEE, productivity, and quality yield objectives.

Requirements

• BTS/DUT degree in industrial maintenance or tooling.
• Experience in the maintenance and mechanics of plastic injection molds.
• Proficiency in cleaning, maintaining, and preparing molds.
• Technical knowledge of welding, turning, and milling.
• Valid certification for operating overhead cranes and hoists.
• Strong sense of organization, rigor, and communication skills.
• Commitment to Safety, Environment, and Quality (SEQ) standards and continuous improvement.
