Technicien Maintenance Moyens de Tests en alternance (F/H)

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and credit notes, analyze, and record client payments
• Ensure correct payment allocation and follow up with clients regarding non-payment
• Inform partner departments of daily received payments
• Perform and respond to account reconciliations with clients
• Prepare monthly reports of unpaid invoices for partner services
• Control and track expense reports
• Verify and enter supplier invoices, charges, and fixed assets
• Execute bank transfers and monitor new fixed assets
• Prepare monthly information for payroll processing
• Perform accounting entries for payroll and transfers
• Establish and update administrative and accounting procedures

Requirements

• Knowledge of tax, accounting, and legal regulations
• Understanding of accounting rules, software tools, and management control principles
• Good understanding of payroll mechanisms and social data analysis
• Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Rigorous, precise, and possessing strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team, manage priorities, and maintain discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge using SAP
