Technicien Maintenance Moules Injection Plastique

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair various tools used on plastic injection presses
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance on injection molds following safety protocols
• Conduct tool functional tests and perform adjustments as necessary
• Update tool life tracking records and participate in drafting operating standards
• Coordinate with production personnel to perform tool maintenance or repairs on presses
• Participate in tool fine-tuning with mold makers and propose improvements for molds and maintenance operations
• Train production staff on mold maintenance procedures
• Mount or dismount molds on presses and perform injection tests to validate maintenance work

Requirements

• Bac pro Technicien outilleur or CAP maintenance des moules d’injection
• 3 to 5 years of experience in injection mold maintenance
• Strong knowledge of metrology and precision mechanics
• Proficiency in milling, turning, grinding, polishing, and fitting
• Ability to read mechanical plans and technical diagrams
• Rigorous approach to documenting all operations performed on tools
• Team player with strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
