Responsibilities

• Proceed with the commissioning and decommissioning of hotels and accommodations
• Diagnose faults across all installations (electrical, plumbing, heating, sanitary, SPA, locksmithing)
• Perform necessary repairs
• Check and maintain sanitary installations (pipes, siphons, faucets, aerators)
• Carry out various small works in plastering, painting, carpentry, flooring, and wall coverings
• Maintain premises and employee accommodations
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventories
• Prepare purchase orders for validation
• Organize work based on priorities and instructions
• Ensure intervention areas are kept clean and tidy
• Act as a relay for the security of buildings, installations, staff, and clients
• Guarantee the freedom of emergency exits
• Systematically tidy used equipment and report any malfunctions
