Technicien Investigation Matériel roulant

Responsibilities

• Support the troubleshooting team by diagnosing and repairing rolling stock equipment to ensure rapid service restoration.
• Perform train troubleshooting, including log collection, log analysis, and corrective maintenance under warranty.
• Conduct fleet inspection and verification activities.
• Report all failures and events accurately by updating the fault database.
• Support specific technical investigations conducted by engineering or internal/external suppliers.
• Establish processes, methods, and tools to optimize troubleshooting activities.
• Promote a strong Health and Safety (SSE) culture within the work sector.

Requirements

• Certified technician or relevant technical training in an electrical, electromechanical, or electronic field.
• Knowledge of computer systems, specifically TCMS, PACIS, WFL, DCU, and derailment sensors.
• Strong commitment to occupational health and safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluency in French is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Valid Quebec driver's license.
