Technicien Informatique Site

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 user support for the site, managing workstations, peripherals, and collaborative tools.
• Administer and operate site network environments, including VLANs, firewalls, and local connectivity.
• Maintain and support virtualized environments such as VMware and Hyper-V, as well as SQL and NAS solutions.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance by applying group requirements and hardening Windows and Linux systems.
• Manage hardware and software obsolescence and maintain accurate technical documentation and inventories.
• Execute maintenance plans and contribute to the continuous improvement of local IT practices.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in Information Technology.
• Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) for technical documentation and international collaboration.
• Experience in IT support, infrastructure, or network administration.
• Experience in an industrial environment or working with IT/OT (Operational Technology) is preferred.
• Technical knowledge in Windows/Linux administration, virtualization, or networking.
