Responsibilities

• Support the HSEE Project Manager in deploying new Health, Safety, Environment, and Ergonomics requirements in line with Group policy and evolving standards.
• Participate in the deployment of new Health and Environment requirements through regulatory monitoring.
• Support change management initiatives within the teams.
• Conduct comprehensive risk analyses on production stations and propose action plans to eliminate or reduce risks, specifically regarding machine safety.
• Accompany and train internal teams and external companies during on-site construction and installation projects.
• Work across both design offices and production sites to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of HSEE means.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree in the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) field.
• Seeking a 24-month apprenticeship contract.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• High level of autonomy and rigor.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings and argue points effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a group environment.
