Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems, including air handling units (AHU)
• Perform maintenance and technical work on various air conditioning installations
• Diagnose faults and execute necessary repairs
• Plan and schedule equipment maintenance operations
• Draft intervention reports and technical sheets
• Propose technical solutions to optimize installation performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Strong expertise in refrigeration and cooling systems
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair technical faults
• Ability to analyze technical dossiers and propose technical modifications
• Good understanding of the various trades operating on a construction site
• High level of autonomy and technical mastery of maintenance rules
