Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on refrigeration installations, primarily chilled water units.
• Serve clients within the wine sector (cooperative cellars, estates) and industrial sectors.
• Ensure all interventions are carried out in compliance with safety procedures and work instructions.
• Report all completed interventions to the After-Sales Service (SAV) Manager.
• Manage and honor scheduled appointments and contract visits according to the daily planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service (SAV) for refrigeration equipment (chilled water units or high-power systems in wine/industrial environments).
• Mandatory Fluids certification (Cat.I).
• Required electrical certifications: BC, BR, B2V Essai, and HOV.
• Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and strong technical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to use IT tools, including GMAO (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Pack.
• Strong autonomy, organization, and reactivity.
• Excellent customer service skills, including listening, pedagogy, and advisory capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulics (water pressure reading, equipment functionality verification).
• Knowledge of electromechanics (equipment replacement, mechanical seals).
• Interest in mentoring and transferring knowledge to junior technicians.
