Technicien Formulation Encres

Responsibilities

• Formulate new ink ranges based on technical specifications and manager instructions
• Produce ink samples using laboratory equipment and document theoretical recipes
• Conduct characterization tests including viscosity, surface tension, and sedimentation speed
• Perform writing tests on assembled pen series to evaluate performance
• Propose improvements to ink formulas and processes to optimize performance or solve issues
• Support the installation and use of new analytical equipment and testing protocols
• Manage laboratory upkeep, including safety compliance, 5S principles, and consumable ordering

Requirements

• DUT/BTS/Licence Professionnelle (BAC+2) or BUT/Licence in Chemistry
• Fluency in French and a minimum English level of B1/B2
• Strong autonomy, rigor, organization, and methodical approach
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Experience in paint, coating, or ink formulation is a significant plus
